I've started thinking about packing for Belgium.
We've decided to hop trains all the way, so I need to be a bit careful with what I take on this trip. It's got to be light, easy to mix and match, and warm.
Jeans and riding boots, as ever, are my go to staple. They are comfy, warm and easy to run along platforms in. However I do want to be able to mix it up a little bit, especially on those days when we are staying in a city and not moving on.
Stripes are my obsession. Classic, cute, easy to wear. The amount of striped items I own is slightly getting out of hand.
A few more stripes thrown in for good measure...

And then something for the evenings.
I can't really take heels, and cobbled streets and heels seem like a questionable mix anyway. So a warm, little black dress, and a dash of red lipstick. Simple, easy to wear and something I can wear during the day, and then throw on a dash of lipstick for the evening.
Now it's just trying to get it all in my rucksack...
